For small jobs we charge £40 for the first hour and £30 per hour thereafter.

What is included:
- on site advice and quote.
- cost of small fixings like screws, nails, silicone, adhesives etc.
- post-work cleaning - an additional fee may be charged for waste removal, depending on type and quantity.
What is not included:
- additional, specific materials required to complete the task like timber, plasterboard, paints, bricks, fencing etc.
- time needed to obtain additional, specific materials will be added to the time spend on site.
- waste removal, depending on type and quantity.
