For small jobs we charge:
- Minimum call-out charge: £50.00 (covers the first hour or part thereof).
- Thereafter: £30.00 per hour, charged in 30-minute increments (£15.00 per started 30 minutes).
- Emergency call-out: £100.00 per hour, charged in 30-minute increments (£50.00 per started 30 minutes).
- Daily rate: £240.00 (up to 8 working hours).
The daily rate normally applies between 8:00 am and 16:00 pm, including two 15 minutes breaks.
What is included:
- On-site advice and consultation.
- Labour and professional skills.
- Use of standard hand and power tools.
- Small consumables such as screws, nails, wall plugs, standard silicone and small quantities of adhesives.
- Keeping the work area reasonably clean and tidy throughout the work.
- A 12-month workmanship warranty.
What is not included:
Unless specifically agreed, the following are not included:
- Project-specific materials including timber, plasterboard, bricks, paint, fencing materials, flooring, sanitaryware, electrical accessories and similar items.
- Specialist equipment or machinery hire.
- Skip hire or waste disposal charges.
- Parking charges, congestion charges or parking permits where applicable.
We are a licensed Upper Tier Waste Carrier.
Waste removal is available upon request and may be charged separately depending on the type, quantity and disposal costs.
Any waste left on site at the Client's request remains the Client's responsibility.
Copy of relevant certificate is available upon request.
